Beauchamp Street is located in the south eastern suburbs of the city and is part of a duplex development. The proposal consists of a below ground double garage with gym and cinema room to the rear, first floor contains living areas and kitchen and second floor contains bedrooms and bathrooms. The plan is organized around two large voids incorporating the staircase and draws northern light from the sawtooth roof above to the living areas below.
